My name is Kayani Lester. I have loved baking ever since I was 6 years old.  I began cooking various treats for my family and my friends and they loved them so much, they were willing to pay me for more. This was the beginning of my business Sweet Treats by Yani.

While taking Culinary Arts in high school, I received my SafeServe Certification. I am no longer in school with continued practice and experimenting with new recipes and flavors, I have improved my skills over the past year. My ultimate goal is to expand my business as a pastry chef.
